I have seen it while fishing oatka creek on opening day,doing liscence check's.find it hard that DEC wouldnt atleast be carrying during hunting checks.never been checked out while hunting so can't comment on that but definitely a scumbag!

Yeah kinda wild that the hunters handed over the gun and let the dude walk away without giving more information as to his badge number or a ticket/receipt saying that the gun was taken and when to appear in court.

He must know many hunters are scared of Dec officers , but yes I agree . Im asking to see his tin AND photo ID  , as anyone can order a badge online .

I do admire his ingenuity and spunk , that took balls .
