sweet old bill
I have several wood chuck that continue to try to dig under the garage, I fill the hole back in in when they dig and they stay gone for a few days and then they dug it out again. So as a last resort I gone to the old 20 ga Mossberg with open sight and Remington 20 ga slugs. I have been able to take two chucks at 50 yards with this setup. No bad for this old fart at 73, with just putting in one slug and then shooting offhand. I wish there was a way to get them just to move out of the area. any tips to get them to move ??? adkbuck
I been using turkey loads aimed right at the fur covered CPU's. Had two of them under the deck this year. There seems to be bumper crop this year.
Fantail
Tractor Supply sells a set of box traps that work well. Chucks love lettuce - 22cb to the head - low report.

ants
My brother in law had them, big time, last year. One Saturday last summer we sat on his deck and shot 4, with a .22, in about an hour. He shot them all summer and this year he has just as many if not more…..He lives in the sticks and his place is surrounded by fields…but still.. those little bastards can be persistent pains in the AZZ!!! turkeyfeathers
Brother shot #65-68 chipmunks today. Little thieves are hitting his garden hard. Apparently the 410 is a great chipmunk gun.
