growalot Posted July 16, 2014 Share Posted July 16, 2014 (edited) So the cams came through and a clear pic has been taken....knowing that ppl across the state had " become wise" to their cat deployment. I'd heard the DEC revised the project...yep they have been breeding Pygmy panthers to cut down on possible sightings. They started in Jersey and Long Island a few years back...but now through release or migration they have made their way to Western NY...Gotcha DEC!
