It has just been me and my son for a week. Wife and daughter in California on a vacation. The boy was pissed that I made broiled cod with lemon garlic sauce, asparagus and rice. WHAT AN OUTRAGE!!! LOL!! My house, my food, my menu and my rules..LOL!

 

He settled for a frozen egg, cheese and ham breakfast sandwich thing that he found in the freezer…I can't even remember buying them..but Im sure it was fresh and tasty..

You could have spiced things up and grilled the ham and cheese sandwich, best sandwich ever is grilled ham and Swiss on rye ,yum yum.

I was going to. But I have had a frikin headache non stop for a few days. I just wanted an easy meal. Tonight was supposed to be chops on the grill.

Had friends over so ordered pizza and wings. Washed down with a mixed 12 pack from Smuttynose brewery. Damn good beer! Pizza and wings were ok.

TC we hit applebees last night after our first spring soccer game in Elmira. It was also karaoke night and I felt bad for the patrons who had to sit through seven 13 to 16 yr old girls singing "girls just wanna have fun".
