Did I ? Yes I did ! Sous vide venison backstraps butterflied and stuffed with minced jalapeños from garden and cream cheese with a light cow massage rub , hot pan sear for the finish. Banana peppers from garden stuffed with venison Italian sausage, shredded cheddar cheese and cream cheese wrapped in Canadian bacon.

Sous vide venison?! Must have disintegrated as soon as you bit it. Taking an already super tender meat and making it even more tender. Must taste like heaven!

That's the only way I use mine now.  Made a venison Philly and a smoked sausage and spinach pizza a couple of weeks ago. Get grill temp up to 450 and it's good to go in 15 min
