Put one in microwave for 6-7 seconds.  You’re welcome

You will never go wrong with Hank Shaw!  I use his Corned Venison recipe, always terrific!

Totally. Have buck buck moose and haven't had a bad dinner yet from it. I did the corned venison. Tasted great but didn't let it cure long enough so the middle was a little gray. I am learning.

It’s because we never actually sit at the table,
That is my coffe table, and I’m always doing something

Yellowfin tuna tacos, jalepenos, bell peppers and lettuce from the garden with some radishes for a little crispness. Topped with siracha taco sauce. Also tried an attempt at elote. All in came out good.

Cooked up some of the tips the boys got from their shifts at the marina. Fresh yellowtail grilled over fresh green beans and sushi rice. Plating left something to be desired but the dinner killed.

Not sure where I am going to get food when they go back to school. 94aaaaccd2682258df60ede38f31b52e.jpg

So thumbs up for air fryer salmon.  Glazed with a little mix of a spoon of nundas smoky maple mustard, a squirt of maple syrup, a dash of worcheshire, a couple of drops of liquid smoke, for the last two minutes.  Pretty good.

And some box rice mix.   Not gourmet but not bad for a random Tuesday.
