Thanks, we had a great time with another couple.  I forgot to mention venison cutlets, and eggplant cutlets too, lots of great food.  Last night was Chris Stapleton, and Thursday night was Brett Eldredge.

I am def a fan of Chris Stapleton- great voice.  Brad Paisley was at the ampitheatre in Syr and Montgomery Gentry at Ray Bros last night but didn't get tickets for.

Yes, Stapleton sounded very old school in person, it was an enjoyable show!

My first attempt at the famous 3-2-1 ribs method.

So far I think I’m on the right track - the “1” will have to wait until closer to dinner time.

I also do 3-2-1.3 -2 IN smoker the last hour I do on my grill for the sticky glaze

Drain off some of the oil that rises to top, reduce and thicken with honey for a BBQ sauce.
