philoshop
Nice shots! Did you know that some of them come out and actually pluck at the web to knock the dew off in the morning? If the web was destroyed overnight, they just spend the day rebuilding it instead of loafing around waiting for a meal. I'll admit I'm a bit phobic when they're around me, but they are amazing creatures to watch and photograph. Thanks for putting your web pics on the web for us! wooly
Good eye spotting those beauties! Very cool subjects. I usually don't notice them until I put my face through one. Then I'll spend the rest of the day paranoid the giant tarantula is crawling all over my body every time something brushes up against my skin, lol
Paula
They allways seem to be face height no matter how tall you are, why is that?

Two Track
Good pics. Tried to take a snapshot of one in Sept. It didn't really come out. Thought I scratched up a barrel the same day until I realized it a was part of a web that stuck to it after busting through some brush. Some of those webs are quite strong. Took awhile to clean it off.
