Dom Posted January 21, 2016 Share Posted January 21, 2016 I was up helping a Buddy clean out his dads barn and we found a License plaet from 1955.My question is what color would plates from this time/year be.It's very well rusted with no color or paint left.Also can DMV help find who owned these plates.
