Yup. Hope he makes it another few weeks. For those who don't want to hunt in the heat, he was walking in daylight today with near 80 temps.

I've figured out deer get all bothered as soon as the black holes show up in the blind.  I leave mine open on one side.

Thx. I've tried all different combos of windows opened/closes and haven't seen a difference in trail cam pics. Hoping for the best on 11/5

You need to go to Home Depot and hire a migrant worker to just sit in the blind for the next week. The deer will acclimate to a humans presence, you show up on the 5th, and the rest is easy. I saw it on a hunting show so it will work

Everything shot. I've had it for 10 years. Was a cheap HummingBird. Already threw it out. Will probably buy a new one in the spring, maybe the Garmin Striker 4. I tested it at the Suffern Hunting/Fishing show and it seemed cool.

regarding Gilead, yea its small and not many new boats each year. I was # 8 on the first ever waitlist created, so that's how I got on years ago.

You might not want to wait, I hear Garmin is being sued for infringing on patents on some models of their FF.

Yup! Calling a little after first light and then checking cams. Didn't want to call before 10/25 incase a fox or that bobcat comes in.
