Best deer attractant?

I own some property in Region 3, have been trying to feed deer some apples, not sure if it works. Considering buying some stuff from Gander Mountain. What do deer like to eat the most in our region?

If that is an honest question, then: feeding wildlife is illegal...so is baiting for hunting purposes.  There is plenty of food in woods for them, no need to get them congregating and then passing diseases back and forth, among other things.

They sell it because its not illegal to sell things. However it is illegal to do certain things that the product is intended for. Kind of like all of those glass blowing shops making bowls for "tobacco". Get the reg book and read it thoroughly. Pick up any food you have put down and make sure all traces of it are gone or else you could get some fines if caught.
