SUPER Full Moon

I am off this weekend ( Going to DC), but am taking the day off on Monday to hunt.  Just realized monday is the full moon and apparently the biggest full moons in 70 years!

Wondering how that will affect the hunting if any?  Last year I had my big boy come in on both of the full moon days... so hopefully he sticks to the pattern!

I was dreading a full moon last year the day before Thanksgiving .That day was the most action I had saw in years. Shot a buck and a short moment later a doe. Had deer moving all morning long. Turkeys on the other hand I hate hunting a full moon.

Side note: check out Old Ebbitts grill for breakfast or lunch. It's right near the treasury building. Been there for eons. You won't regret it.

I got binoculars out last night to look at it ,really cool being able to see all the craters .

I had two spikes a doe and when I was leaving and driving by the end of the field  a shooter all by himself .

Of course he and I were about 60 acres apart Lol  action started right at 4 for me ..
