For a lifetime license?
Not sure but before the price change around 6 or 7 years ago i paid 998 for big game, fishing, bow and muzzleloader. Also free dmp's for life.

I got mine Saturday,last year it came before the 4th of July.

Does any one know what year they came out ?

A couple of years ago my lifetime didn't show up till the very end of August.  I called DEC and they told me I could use my last years license till I get the new ones because the officers all knew they we that far behind.
