What is this

Does anyone know what this is. I have a video of it but it will not load to post. In the video it shows me touching the limb and these little white things start movin the just wiggle like the limb came alive. The ground under the limb has turned black. These things are on on one limb.

I think someone asked about this before. I am not positive but, I think it was some kind of bug.

I just did a search for "Fuzzy white bugs on tree branches".

Looks like sasquatch excrement

That's exactly what they are. Thanx. I couldn't find them on any search I tried.
