How'd you start the day?  Let's see it!  4 eggs, Applewood smoked bacon, 3 cheeses (Montary Jack, sharp cheddar and aged parmasean), fresh cracked pepper and Frank's Redhot on an everything bagel

Sorry for the confusion- I like to tease my good buddy Turkeyfeathers about his air fryer obsession. I am not an air fryer guy so when I reference MY “air” fryer(really just an old fashion deep fryer) I am talking about the real thing.

My daughter found the recipe on line....for some reason when I go back to the NYTimes (I only read it for the food porn!) food link it bumps me off the donuts.
She googled “best glazed. Donut recipe” and NYT came up first

They have been turning out perfect every time, honestly!  Being the pan fully heats up evenly, makes ALL the difference.  I can see why you say your dad loves cooking eggs in cast.  The only way to go now.

I add a skim coat of oil with paper towel, as the pan is warming up.  Once I am ready to put the eggs in, I use a pinch of butter like I have always done in stainless, or teflon.  Works for me.
