Localqdm
Anyone have pics of fawns yet? or bucks growing their antlers? I've been watching a few bucks starting to sprout, but don't have any cameras out now.

NYBowhunter
That's neat. Wonder how far away mama deer was. Her mama happened to be very close, she ran down off the mountain toward us then walked away I guess in an attempt to take our attention off her baby. Was one of the coolest encounters I have had in my many years walking the woods. I'm sure its not common to be able to come feet away from a new born, sure was a rarety for me. I have come across fawns but not this small, it could have not been more then a day to a couple days old.
