Colorado vacation

Arrived in Evergreen, Colorado yesterday for some family time with my best friend since I’m 5. He moved out here with his brood 2 years ago after running the rat race as a big time NYC lawyer.

 

Going to hit their club today, a local hike tomorrow, Rockies/Dodgers game; may head to Colorado Springs for an overnight(suggestions welcome for hikes; raft trips; food; etc)

 

So nice being out here and spending time with “family”

Colorado is a beautiful state...I have been fortunate enough to hunt ( and fish)  out there several times..

Just steer clear of those California libtards….Lots of them out there, especially since they relaxed the wacky weed laws...

My uncle lives in Boulder, lots of cool spots there. Estes Park is cool in the summer probably still has snow and you’ll see some

Pikes peak
14,000+...16 mike drive to a shuttle that brought us the rest of the way. White knuckle trip up in my buddy’s Jeep

We met a group on the top of pike peak who hiked the 14,115 elevation. They started at 5:00am and I was there when they submitted around 6:30. Amazing accomplishment. Nice guys.
