DirtTime
Just thought I'd share this pic since I have never seen a white peacock except in pics. My buddies father's flock. Sent from my SM-S327VL using Tapatalk
Robhuntandfish
Last deer season had a white or gray bird running around . It looked like a pheasant but had a crazy long tail feather and was a real light gray. Was thinking it got loose from a neighboring farm or something. But saw it a couple of times during season. DirtTime
My buddies father lets them roam, but they rarely go to far, they know where the food comes from. In the 3-4 years he's been raising them, I have never seen one up there in the actual woods while I have been hunting, walking, or when my buddy and I camp. They stay close to the house. Mainly only loud during the mating season, or at a zoo. I honestly have never heard the loud odd noise they make while I have been up there. But, I am not usually up there during their mating season. I don't know much about them, but it's interesting hearing my buddies dad talk about them. He explained the white ones used to be very rare, still are in the wild. But in captivity they the white ones are becoming more the norm due to food and where they have to roam. Like I said, I don't know much about peacocks, but I sure as hell will take the word of someone who is raising them.

Marion
Their eggs are quite fluffy when cooked. They are also massive. And they make some of the strangest honking noises I have ever heard. Property I hunt has a few and they are definitely weird animalsYou Can't Beat My Meat!!!
