I have been wanting sausage,  and peppers for a couple weeks.  I will have to make a pan full.

Good day for it.I don't make mine with red sauce I brown sausage add peppers onions garlic 1/2 cup water and 1/4 cup of sugar cover and cook until peppers are soft but not mushy.

I've got some venison sausage links In the freezer with peppers and onions inside , the new freezer is working and has them things harder then carbide at the moment.

I usually do them a different way each time.  I like a pinch of red sauce if its a long cook where I had it planned.  If it is last minute, I bake the links, and as its baking, I put a pinch of olive oil, and saute the onions, peppers, garlic in a pan.  I typically have enough liquid for the links to be added.  Thanks for the post, I think I will make this later, enjoy.
