Bummer on the restaurant you were looking forward to and lousy experience there. 5 more nights, but 2 more here, we go to a different place for the last few nights on a different section of the lake. The other place we have never been to, but it’s like a camp type cabin right on the shore, looking forward to it, but at the same time I am not, because I know that means the trip is almost over. No biggy as for the restaurant, it was just obnoxious the whole experience there. Too much to type, but we were obviously an issue for them the entire time. We always had a lot of fun there last year, taco Tuesday, they had huge lobster rolls that Friday of last year, waitress was awesome, super welcoming.....not this time haha, different waitresses. Bionic
On-&-off showers all day, still looks like rain threats....so went for an early dinner at a nice place across from the water. We had Rib-eyes and french onion soup, and a nice salad. Also, having a nice homemade ice cream cookie from the Trading Post of Kokadjo. Homemade ice cream, in between two homemade chocolate chip cookies.

It was tasty, but honestly, they cooked both a bit longer than asked for. Steak pictured was Jenn’s, she asked for medium-rare, she got medium to a medium well. I asked for medium-well, and it was cooked through. Fine by me, we both enjoyed it very much, it was a great dinner. It was nice, had a couple beers, and she had a couple glasses. This week has been amazing, such a turning point in life. After dinner, we went back to the house, changed, and went out moose “hunting”. We saw a momma, and a cow moose! Up close, good stuff.

What a spectacular way to express how much you love each other, and the area you're visiting. By far, the best thread I've ever seen, besides me taking my grandnephews out for there first turkeys and deer. Sorry, as awesome as this thread is, both of you are second fiddle to those boys. Lol. Bionic
37 miles on the ATV today. Not much to share really. Saw some sick side by sides, and they sounded awesome. Cool to see what I want for us, out in the real world. Sunset pics from our driveway here...unedited. Bionic
Long boring day. Had to checkout at 10am at the house we have been in. We had a 6 hour gap before we could check in to the lake house we rented(20 mins away) same lake different cove...so we grabbed lunch, groceries, and stopped into a couple gift shops. I picked up a little onesy out for my first nephew that is due to join our family in December! Its really cool its blue, and has a bull moose on it, and says Moosehead Lake! I also picked up a little wooden moose ornament for a coworker who ALWAYS thinks of us when he sees moose, or bear items. Anyways, we are here now, and it is an old school camp on Moosehead with a view of Mount Kineo where I proposed to Jenn one week ago. PS I really want a performance side by side. I recognized that small island, there was a Loon nested there that dive bombed my wife’s kayak when she got to close. We still laugh about that one.

So you know Mount Kineo! you were just past “West Outlet” of the Kennebec River. I am on the other side of Rockwood(Greenville Side). I am very familiar with the area. i love the area past Moose River, in the Town of Sandwich. I almost hit a moose there at 10:45 one night years ago! Moose ran out diagonally, and I laid on brakes dragging tires, moose FELL, started kicking, got up just in time! I was doing 35ish in a 55mph zone because I knew better, and thank god! Here is where we are in comparison to where you were, maybe 5-10 miles Edited September 17, 2019 by Bionic

Bionic
A short but scenic moosey type area we took a ride through today. Cold day, but fun, and really gives you an idea of how fast winter must come here. A short few hundred feet up a 55mph hard road, and we were on the trails that head back to where we spent our prior week. 20-25 mins by car at 50ish mph. Trails were VERY wet, bog like, and full of alpine type pines that I absolutely love. Makes you feel as of you are soooo far from home! I cannot describe the feeling...anyways, we got out feet wet literally in the trail world today! Nothing crazy, but in water up over the floor boards, and we were about 8 miles back in the middle of no where of the hard road that travels through the middle of no where. Awesome feeling. Took a lot of pics in which I feel were amazing, and happy to share them. notice all the fall colors appearing fast, and for those following my Instagram I have a few neat videos I am adding, as well as a few sunset time lapses.

GoPro is ready keep fingers crossed. Tomorrow we hope to take a lengthy rip through more no mans land. This 360 is impressing me too as far as power goes. Been plenty.
