But how is a 7.5 second 0-60mph Ranger getting down to 4.5 seconds without a ton of work?

A quick look online and someone that tuned a turbo ranger all stock except the tune and running 93 octane went from 7.44 seconds to 5.49 seconds.

I don’t know a ton about drag racing but I’d think a simple mass air flow kit would get you even closer for pretty cheap.

Aerodynamics are against the Ranger hitting that high of MPH numbers. My understanding is having power to hit 200 MPH is the easy part. Having the aerodynamics to do so is the harder part.

It takes proper design to hit 200.

If I had a someone to stay with my daughter I would be there but no luck yet . I would bring bill with me . Maybe the mid summer gtg . At turning stone ( hint hint )

Ughhhhh. Went to sleep Sunday night with a bit of a sniffle, woke up with full blown cold/flu some shit.  Damn wind Sunday out duck hunting really got me. Not sure I can make it to GTG.. Im going home from work early tonight. My home remedy is a bottle of honey jack, some lemon juice and some natural herbs.  Lets hope it works for Thursday.

It's official - [mention=1547]TreeGuy[/mention] will making a special guest appearance. That being said the GTG will be moved to Blue Hill at Stone Barns. It's convenient location near their hotel.
