Foxpro Fox and Coyote Calls

What calls or sequences does everyone have luck with for fox and coyote. Use to have a inferno but I won a patriot and going to get that set up.

yote challenge 

some common ones but lots to change up on Fox pro.   Good luck experimenting

Andrew Leland has some good books and articles on calling with sequences depending on what you are targeting.  Let em grow has the yotes going crazy the other night.  And zeek suggested going silent when they hang up.

nutty nuthatch and lightning jack.I had yotes almost run me over with both of those sounds.Had a coon come running in to wounded robin.

Baby cottontail and platinum gray have also worked as well.

How long do you guys play each noise. 10 minutes then switch?

Distress calls maybe 5 minutes. Yote vocals 1 sequence through the sound most of the time, maybe twice.

3 minutes-ish. I will say i am no expert.

I've gone out maybe 5 times. And I've never paused at all for the next sound. Only called in 3 foxes so far. So maybe with a pause between will be better. Thanks

Great topic.....I was just going to post something similar...but this one looks to be covering my question.
We didn't let our calls run that long last night ......but we were also getting used to a new to my foxpro inferno.
My buddy was running the call and didn't realize there was a send button so for the first 1/2hr he kept hitting mute and unmute. He couldn't figure out why the sound didn't match the one highlighted on the remote until I informed him there was a "send" button.

I do not have a foxpro but another brand I switched back and forth from cotton tail distress to jack rabbit distress no pauses I called for 30 minutes this morning had 3 yotes come in but wind shifted just before shot

I'll be keeping a close eye on this thread. gonna pull the trigger on a FoxPro call soon. always had yotes where we hunt at my inlaws but I think they're getting out of hand. killed my first one ever on opening day of rifle season this year but we've been getting lots of trail cam pics of them and less deer. saw some nice bucks but only saw 1 doe the whole season there and that's not normal. I'm thinking they're putting a hurtin on fawns. went down on Christmas eve and almost hit one on the road 100 yards from they're driveway and heard a whole bunch of howling while walking the dog that evening. I have no experience predator hunting but I think it's time to learn. looks fun too
