Cabin Fever
WOW!! I don't know where this guy came from, but I'm glad he's here! I brushhogged a strip, so I could plant some trees. While I was seeding my plots with Dwarf Essex Rape and Groundhog Radishes, I broadcasted some seed into this mowed strip also, just to see if they would grow in there on unprepared ground. I noticed a few deer tracks traveling through there, so I cut a hole in the brush to tuck my cam into, in hopes of getting some pics. Don't know if the DER & GHR are attracting them already or if it's the tender natural browse after mowing.

WNYBuckHunter
Hopefully that little bump near the tip of the right main beam develops a little more. That inside kicker on the right side is sweet. Hes gotta be all of 5 years old. I hope to at least see some cam pics of him with the velvet gone.

SplitG2
very nice...I would say mid 160's not older than 4. Did you get germination broadcasting into that cut grass?
Cabin Fever
Did you get germination broadcasting into that cut grass? Believe it or not, the GHR and DER seem to be growing just as well in the brushhogged area as it is out in the prepared plots! I didn't spray or anything, just thought what the hell, and broadcast it. I'll be very interested to see how the GHR and DER attract this season. I have to compete with surrounding corn fields and apple orchards.
