Buckskins and Bows

Inspired by my friend Dino, I decided to do a couple of selfbow hunts this year.

Great videos Brian! Glad I found this on the site. I love the primitive archery you and Dino do. I miss seeing you guys at Hawkeye. Really miss the work days, steak nights, and of course the snowshoe shoot! I meant to get back to Hawkeye once i retired but like you said "life gets in the way" and this whole Covid crap didn't help! Tim Meyers

Nice. 

Couple of questions: any issue with walking around in buckskin and a coon hat during hunting season? And why no nock on string or did I miss it?

I have no more concerns than if dressed in camo during archery season. I would not dress in this fashion during gun. The area I am hunting is not public and is my land. Never had any issues but your concerns are well taken and valid.
You can’t see a nocking  point on the screen but there is one made of black thread.
