“Legally” he has to ship it to an FFL. That is for the state of NY, not just NYC. Not sure who would get in trouble if he ships directly to you. Have never ordered ammo online. I do weekend trips to neighboring states and stock up while I am there3 points

Saw my first on the way to Hornell yesterday. was't mangled just laying dead in the middle of the road. You may think I'm crazy but I stoped and threw it in the weeds on the side of the road. I totally made sure no traffic was coming. Call me crazy I know. lol1 point
