  1. Can I be the dj? I always wanted to be a dj again!
  2. When I had the smooth bore I used those Winchesters. They were the most consistent (within 75yds) and I shot 3 deer using that setup. Only one big doe jumped 15yds away, the others dropped immediately. I mean like one sat down like a dog and flopped over, the other just froze and flopped over.
  3. I'd call him "Rasta"! ...........................................mon!
  4. I just upgraded last year to a rifled barrel for my 12 ga. I can tell you that the fusion sabots are decent, and dare I say consistent at 75yds, however they had the smallest hole on paper (they seemed to drop more at 100 yds too) vs copper solids, lightfield hybrid EXP, accutips, and the Hornady SST. The Lightfields had the biggest hole, and they apparently pride themselves on knock down power (K.O. factor). Sorry, as I know this isn't the exact answer you're looking for, but I'd try the lightfield exp's if your concern is blood trail and less tracking. Buckhammers maybe?
  5. My wife wanted an Escalade, I got her some earings from Kmart. We'll have to see how this goes... p.s. watch it till the very end and volume up! When_you_marry_an_Italian.wmv
  6. http://www.ammo4guns.com/ I live close by...
  7. I think He's reffering to a few of the larger buck threads. Most of the questioning or doubtful comments were rightfully so. I guess he feels he can talk because he shot a big buck...

  9. Phade, you've really walked the walk. Much respect to you. JMP, keep your head up man! Think postive.
  10. Nazi Helmet. Here we go another "balloon knot shot" thread!
  11. Every year I wish I had a muzzleloader because things always pop up and ruin my gun season. Then I realize xmas is after muzzleloader season, then I say hell with it. Here I am on the same boat again...Guess I'll be carrying my bow one more year during muzzle season.
  12. I call them "one piece at a time" guns. I have a "custom" Winchester .22 pump.
  13. Looks like the rut's on.
  14. In the 1st pics, the deer is probably stiff in an odd position because HE WAS POSING FOR SO MANY DAMN PICTURES! Congrats to the hunter that tagged it.
  15. I only said greek because I remember your old screen name. As I read the post i'm thinking "gee this sounds familiar". (Italian Inlaws)That being said, I got nothin' but love for ya brother! On second thought, just remember that could be his last deer, then what? You're being quite rational about it. You'd never hear the end of it should the tables be turned. One thing that works for me is stating the obvious "So you don't want me hunting this weekend, but now you want me to sign over my doe tag to you and bail you out, blah blah..." Then wait for reaction.
  16. You guys are too funny. I just hung some posted signs in the woods an hour ago. Scared the hell outa some deer, 1 ran right through a small pond. Hung a climber too. The boogeyman aint got nothin' on old bessie!
  17. Got my vote so far. You don't always drink, but when you do...
  18. I still don't even know what to say about this one, but it makes my blood boil. What I'm thinking has to do with granola bars and assault on some treehugger hikers.
  19. Spine shot surprise sounds like some catchy name for a meal on the road kill cafe menu.
  20. No, but I found this article interesting. Lost and Found: A pair of compound bows Submitted by Howard Owens on November 22, 2011 - 3:10pm The Sheriff's Office is looking for the owner of a pair of compound bows and some accessories that go with the bows. A Good Samaritan turned in the bows after finding the items on a roadway in Genesee County. The bows were in carrying cases. The items apparently fell from a moving vehicle. Also found were three water containers and a gas can. If anyone lost this type of property, contact Deputy Frank Bordonaro, 345-3000, ext. 3229. UPDATE 8:34 a.m., Wednesday: The owner of the bows has recovered the lost items from the Sheriff's Office.
  21. I bought this stove last year and have been pondering the idea of selling it. It has never been fired. 1 fire brick is cracked. I have the pedestal and the legs to mount it on (either or). PM me for offers and details. This does not have a gold door, just the trim on the lip. http://www.englandsstoveworks.com/13-nc.html
  22. It's in fear of being chastised by the QDM crowd. No two ways about it.
