    Very little snow here as of yet,sounds like they miscalculated on the time.Are these the same people telling us about global warming ,years, decades down the road.

    Been doing the neck roasts for probably45 years,slow cooker,can of cheap beer,salt and pepper.Depending on size 8-12 hours in a slow cooker,braised first.Remove the bone when done,pull it all apart,horseradish on a constanza roll,better than any roast beef sandwich you have ever had.

    That old fella would have to hang in the barn for about 6 weeks to tenderize him up a bit.

    Happy and Healthy New Year to all.

    I have ran three batchs through the Emeril air fryer,set at dehydrate.Roughly 5 1/2-6 hrs at 155 degrees.Has worked exceptionally well,meat cut 3/8"-to 1/4" thick.
