Forget about the other side of the world for a minute...I'm a New Yorker and I suffer because of our weak leadership.

The 250 year or so time table has happened many times before in history. Will it occur again? They were not conquered by external enemies; they rotted from within. America has now passed that 240 year mark, and the rot is starting to be visible and is accelerating. We are past the Mercedes and Land Rover Years….the camels are on the horizon. The greatest generation consisted of 18 year old kids storming the beaches at Normandy. And now, two generations later, some 18-year-old kids want to hide in safe rooms when they hear words that hurt their feelings. They also want free stuff from the government because they think they are entitled to it. The "camels are on the horizon" for sure. Perhaps we can stop the camels at the gate with an effective vote in our elections. I’m not interested in riding a camel.

There are a few culls that are not mentioned here or in that article. I have 630 acres of "you can't go in there" woods behind my house. Meanwhile I hear the rangers popping off rounds all season every year. They use guns when we can't. There is a cull going on in there and I have seen the deer population drop. That's all well and good but I would sacrifice Mrs. Squirrel for the opportunity to hunt in there. Just kidding of course (at least most of the time). I have seen MONSTER bucks in my yard and I cannot take them. Pisses me off!!!! Me and other hunters I know would do this for free and not break any of the rules.
