ok i feel being italian can give my 2c here marinara has no meat its just tomatoes garlic sometimes depending on whos the cook onions and i like a little red pepper flakes @ the beginning when you saute the garlic and onions [very low heat] cause you'll burn the garlic. like when making spaghetti auoili if i spelled that right spaghetti with garlic and oil .Why im saying this is because any tomato sauce starts with onions and garlic and my thing a little red pepper flakes .But in a meat sauce my grand mother and my mom always taught me to saute the meatballs and sausage first meatballs in oil sausage just add a little water [very little you dont want them to steam or boil ] they will brown but dont worry about cooking though they will in the sauce , now with the meat done and on the side add your onions first low/ med heat when they sweat out add add the garlic when you smell the garlic add the paste for as many cans of tomatoes you got like 2 cans of paste you will see it get very dark [thats a good thing] then clean out the paste cans with red wine and add that to the pot [not much a 1/2 cup is plenty] to as they say deglaze the pot then add your tomatoes and the meat back raise the heat to bring to a lite boil and stir lower the heat and go to church but stir first .When you come back skim and the oil and foam that rises to the top and stir and taste if it taste acidic add a pinch of sugar and now add your salt and pepper but not too much cause you will taste again [see that was my job dip italian bread in it to see if it needs anything] and an hour before you serve add some fresh basil and parsley ONLY no oregano [thats pizza sauce] or italian seasonings . PHEW!!! done now im hungary .Now if you want a meat sauce just take the sausage out of the casing and the ground venison /beef or veal, beef and pork combo now if you want a bolognese which is a meat sauce too i can give you the recipe for that i made it alot with venison

Oh yeah there's more the sellers says its 40 acres but the mayor of the neighborhood [you know the old geezer that knows everybodys business] says its 32 acres. and if you see +or- acres its a redflag if you really want it get a survey cause another thing the seller are notorious for saying oh i just got the survey done 2 yrs ago i'll save money you dont have to get a survey done cause im such a sweetheart of a guy. REMEMBER CAVAEAT EMPTOR [let the buyer beware] and buyers remorse .Get a good lawyer [not a local but one that knows real estate and a surveyor you trust and never believe the real estate agent .

the thing with real estate right now its a seller market. BUT never believe what the seller says research research research.They say things like i got other people interested , oh yeah there is a row[right of way ] ask to see it in the deed .they'll say oh the taxes are $4000 a year true but for them BUT not you cause they might be in the star program or a veteran and when you buy it you get reassessed and your paying $8000.look up the tax records and zillow and even crai gs list see how long its been on the market .b/s with the neighbors cause some if not most times they dont get along or are resentful they couldnt buy it or the seller wont sell it to them. Today its very easy to get info its just a click of a mouse .

no not at all cause 1} it was originally called a primitive arms season like muzzle-loader season too.2} its a cross between a rifle and a bow leaning more towards a rifle and it dont shoot arrows but bolts. back in the 70's my fathers friend had one it looked like a mini14 if anyone doesnt know what that is its was the ar 15 of its day modeled on the m14]/m1 carbine [it had the same rifle stock] and he said it was illegal he said cause it had no report so it was easy to jack deer with it .I believe it was part of the reason it was illegal except if you had a handicap for so long .Back in the 50's 60's and the 70's it was a long hard struggle to even get an archery/primative arms season and even then alot of purist didnt want compound bows back then. my opinion it should stay the same as it is.

Sad, but its not only duck hunting deer hunting and even fishing we all got horror stories .What grouse was talking about is a perfect example it was in wisconsin a few yrs ago .A Hmong immigrant was on pvt property in some ones tree stand a guy confronts him [more than likely screaming HEY HEY HEY !!! get the %$#@ outta here] well the guy shoots him another guy comes he shoots him for a total of 6. See most foreigners have no concept of prvt land ownership and care about game laws . never ever confront them.I'm not making this a rant about immigrants but about how things escalate . People fighting over fish ,deer and spots and a right to be in a certain place [hey this is my spot hey thats my stand ] especially when money and egos are involved . There was a video on f/b a guy walking his dog under the whitestone bridge and he looked like a self righteous ahole confronting guys fishing for stripers and video taping the whole thing well a video is not going to keep you from getting your a@# kicked or shot all it will do is prove you right but your dead so what good is it. Years ago im on a party boat fishing for cod and this guy is going around finding out whos in the pool, i didnt put money in cause i knew it was fixed .The guy kept bugging me to go in the pool i told him listen i took off today to get some salt air in my lungs and maybe get some fish if i wanted to fight w/ people over money i would have went to work today. One thing the most important when we are fishing and hunting is to act like sportsman/women and understand our actions reflect on our sport as a whole. Being from the city i have seen many times guys acting like jerks upstate and locals resentful against us . Im always am polite even when i was called an ahole cause the other person thought they were right.

try in NYC IMPOSSIBLE i got my rifle /shotgun permit insanity treated like a outcast the people that work @ the permit office were condescending ,nasty and arrogant . That was the lest of it first to create a profile and download and print out the forms fill them out answer ridiculous questions go to manhattan to get finger printed then back to kew gardens to get this all processed and of course pay the fees tthhheennn wait and wait i finally called cause i kept checking my profile to see if i was approved so i could buy a firearm .The woman i was dealing with caught an attitude cause i told her that she said it would show up on my profile finally she says its here coming and pick it up a total pain . I grew up in culture where you wanted to hunt you did things the right way join the nra register your guns and respect the laws but now they try to discourage you from owning a gun but in reality what they are doing is create a situation where the people who should have guns do and lawbiding citizens who were never in trouble with the law are denied. That was only to get a rilfe/shotgun permit a pistol permit impossible its lawyers and alot of cash even for a target permit

if you have it on ice and keep replacing it you good for a week its called wet aging i got a cajun friend in Louisiana he says thats all they do cause the seasons very warm there. they never hang a deer even for an hour cut it right away and put it on ice drain[very important] and keep adding ice to keep it cold/cool. you have to tilt the cooler to help it drain you dont want it sitting in water

I want to state im NOT A DOCTOR but my mom had it and its all about your breathing for a week back in march all the doctors said oh shes got a sinus infection .The only one was a visiting nurse who took her oxygen and it was 92 and said it should be above 95 then my mom had a very low grade fear like 99 i called the doctor and told him what it was and he flipped out saying get an ambulance . No way would she go but let me take her to long island jewish .When we got there i had to say in the car and she got out and a nurse took her temp. she walked in and i was like thats the last time im seeing my mom. The only thing from my understanding the oxygen level plus a fever would say if you have the covid. I bought my mom a oxygen monitor they are cheap you stick it on your finger and get a reading . The crazy thing i have been tested 5xs all neg. and even for the antibodies which they said i was never exposed .Im like WHAT!!! i was with my mom a whole week ate 1/2 her bagel and never was even exposed to it . in my prayers you feel better

These are the ones that take over a nice quiet place[well east ny and brownsville isnt quiet] and turn them into artist colony .i pretty much grew up in narrowsburg and they ruined that town i stopped there awhile ago ate on main street i was like WOW what happened no coffee shop ate in a cafe the kid that served us was a justin berber wanna be i felt like i was in williamsburg with the arrogant stuck up people every town they took over they destroyed the fabric and the locals are pushed out the real estate goes though the roof and local people cant afford to live there ,See the politicians love it causes its ALL ABOUT THE BENJIMANS . They do it all over in Colorado Vermont and for the most part they are very liberal

the sad part is they tag on stipulations in the law like with the the safe act my friend he was 86 when he passed away but he stopped hunting when he we 83 so he tried to sell his guns a 30-30 and a 20 gauge pump. these were all registered w/ the city, the shotgun was ok but not the 30-30 so it was such a hassle and then a$$ wipe Andy's safe act states that ANY WEAPON that is capable of holding more than 5 rounds is a ASSAULT WEAPON [a 30-30 is capable of holding 6/ 5 in the tube and one in the chamber. I went though hell trying to sell the rifle for the poor guy he said i dont hunt any more and my grand son dont want them .what i had to do cause of that little stipulation in the law i had to contact an ffl licensed gunsmith to pay him to plug the gun[if you just put a dowel in the tube dont count] to make it legal to sell .So thats why we have to be very diligent and watch the things they try and pull cause once its law its done.

sorry i posted before but on someone else's post . back in aug 3 days after i got my license i took a flop on my bicycle my left elbow blew up and i couldnt draw my bow or my 50 lbs recurve either. Im retired so between the doctor and physical therapy @ $40 and $ 30 a pop for the co pays i need a better way ,so i found the lock -a-draw and called and looked on the dec site and found that i could use it w/ a permit i printed out and my doctor signed it its good fort 1 yr. wow it saved my season but it takes some getting use to its always @ full draw all you do is point and shoot and its very accurate

Hey I have shoulder and arm issues too I got the draw- a- lock went on the dec site and printed the permit and had my doctor sign it it saved my season . 3 days after I got my license in August I fell off my bicycle I thought my season was over . The permits good for a year

Hide and quarter put in a cooler with ice the tenderloins and heart and liver in ziplock bags just drain and keep adding ice I learned that from my Cajun friend in Louisiana their season is always warm

my 2 cents buy it and keep your mouth shut . The hassle you go though to get a permit is not worth it.
