Mike Rowe is coming to Fox Business Channel. He is always fun to watch. I believe he is going to be on with the woman anchor Kennedy. Anyone remember her from her start as a MTV VJ??? When they actually played videos.

I keep talk radio on during the day. Local news and national covered on 1300am. Some other good programs are on 810 too. This is in the Capital District.

Congratulations!!! Great photos to celebrate the newest patriot!

From my uncle: he is mailed a form to fill out each year to select his dmp choices. His license is one of those purchased prior to the 10/2009 cut off for free dmp permits. If your mailed that paper, I guess you would know it's an old license.

I have a question pertaining to selling firearms and ammo.
Meatball replied to 13BVET's topic in General Chit Chat
Hypothetical, you could date a bill of sale for say,20 yrs ago. Or maybe you lost the paper, it was so long ago. -
I'm in the Capital District, and haven't heard anything about this incident in Saratoga. They must be keeping it quiet for the track opening. Frickin ridiculous!!

That's the skeleton stock they wouldn't sell me. Had to source one from a friend. Is it a Windham Weaponry?? -
We went back to Thompson's Lake today and hooked 3 pickerel! These two were the keepers. Had another hot tip up and kept feeding minnows to something that wouldn't take the hook. These boys are so happy with our adventures out there!!

Me and my crew went out for our first time yesterday. Started at Thompson's Lake for the morning and finished at Collins park in Scotia. We didn't have any action. But people around us did land some nice bass at both spots. The boys had a great day,and I think we found a new hobby!! At Thompson's I met a nice gentleman who gave me an old 6" auger!!! It was given to him years ago and he doesn't need it anymore. We were thrilled, beats the shovel handle I brought to crack open an old hole. Can't wait to catch something!!

I purchased an inexpensive Stack On gun cabinet (on sale) from tractor supply. It has a divider in it. Keep my ammo cans in there. I do recommend you buy from in store stock, and open it in the parking lot before you load it. The first one we opened had a big dent in the floor. Box looked great, but the floor was a dome!! I added some simple wood shelves to the interior, so I can have the ammo separated and not unload the entire cabinet to reach something on the bottom. I keep saying I'm going to do something about a dehumidifier or heater for the ammo not in storage boxes. But never made it to that point. The weapons are in a different Stack On.

Looks great. My fathers previous Ford was propane blue. Looks similar. Are those headlock rims?

I worked as a plumber for 13 years and we did drain snaking too. I was a yearly visit for alot of customers to come and put snake the disposal line with an electric snake. Some were the problem of the house had old galvanized drains (which they didn't want to replace) or the idea that they needed a disposal installed when they moved in, and the piping was not great for a disposal( 60' of 2" copper pipe in the basement ceiling with no real pitch all the way across the house). The holidays were always busy. You have family over they insist on helping with the dishes!!!! They just scrape everything in without water, or pausing to empty and rinse it down the pipe, or not running it untill it was full!!! I would not recommend one, but still people swear they need one.

Let's hope that manufacturers of hunting gear, can open up their pocketbooks and help fight some of this legislation too. It's in their best interest also.

We can't watch it happen in other states and expect it to not happen here. Hunters need to voice our opinions as a nation of hunters. Or we all will be feeling the effects of banning game or all hunting. What a terrible waste of a natural resource to not have it managed properly with hunting. The decades of effort that have been put in to secure hunting for us and to keep it going for our children, are going to fall to one swift pen stroke. It's disgusting.

I never play lotto games, but over these weeks of big rewards I have spent about $30. Had two $4 winners, and in true lotto fashion I put it into more tickets last night. Maybe next time we should get a group together to pool our tickets together!!

I would buy a share of some large ranches out west, maybe an interest in an Alaskan guide company, and purchase some great commercial real estate outside of NY.
