one of the reasons I take off my blaze when I sit is (and I've seen this firsthand) there are some hunters out there who see blaze orange and say ooh I wonder who that is? Then to my horror they take an ole look see through their rifle scope. Like I said I;ve actually seen this and I'm willing to bet it happens often. After screaming at the dumbass "that's what binos are for" he was not invited back to our camp.

totally agree with you. 7000 seems an awful small sample size. I think every hunter has the right to express their feedback and views to the almighty DEC. I don't like that I can't voice my opinion. -

I agree. I think hunters are so worried about dividing everyone into categories and knocking eachother because some hunt differently than others it weakens us as a group. All hunters need to stick together. Fighting amongst ourselves is exactly what the antis want.

nice footage. people always look at me weird when I tell them I love to just watch deer. There's just something about watching them mill around that I find interesting.

I used to think the same way. When it's warmer the deer don't move. But my last 2 bucks were taken in 50 plus degree weather. The thing that really sucks is getting the meat taken care of fast before it spoils. Usually if it's cold I'll leave it hanging on the tree for a few days.
