    Future Son- in - Law popped a Doe this AM .... his first Deer ! From my Treestand in 4H !

    Pictured is the Buck my son took this morning and the Doe I missed , naturally the son says " Are ya gonna have it mounted " ? Funny Guy ! By the way the sled I picked up off someone's free pile worked like a charm !

    I'm curious .... I've never used anything like what is quoted but if I was in my Treestand 15 ft. up during the day if I used one of these would I see the image of deer or human ? Where I hunt 50-75 is the longest shot I take due to it being a heavily wooded area ? Also it would be useful if I used one in the AM before sunup while heading to my Treestand !

    I and my son will be heading out tomorrow - Friday - for our last shot on my property (4H) with our Crossbow's ! We were not able to get a DMP for the area and I'd like to take a Doe or Two from the property before Gun opens up ! If we don't score tomorrow for a nice Doe (or two) there is always the week after gun shuts down and Bow/MZ reopens !

    Just heard this ( although its a month or two old ) .... has anyone ever hunted the Doodletown Wildlife Management Area 4Z ? Its located in Columbia County - 1078 acres and they were giving out DMAPs to help control the Deer Population !     Same Ladder stand I've been using the past 7-8 years which is against the same tree .... Results Matter !

    Winchester Model 94 ... 30 - 30 , bought in 1973 still works great .... not so much my hearing and eyes ! LOL

    I use Permethrin and spray down before the season and once during , letting it dry for a couple days prior to use !
