    One thing I've noticed is the 16 hour time frame .... I feel hungry before the 8 hour time starts and what I've heard is that if you never feel hungry your eating too much ! Never thought of it that way before .... makes sense !

    I wanted a new (to me at least) laptop and did not want Windows 10 but wanted to keep Windows 7 so I went to Dell Refurbished and bought a Laptop that was leased and had Win 7 .... good deal ! https://www.dellrefurbished.com/

    Unfortunately I quit smoking about 5 years ago and have gained roughly 30-35 pounds since , dragging deer has become quite the chore ! Of course the desk job I have now does not help !

    Anyone try this Diet yet ? You only eat during an 8 hour period everyday and fast the other 16 . The wife and I started this about 3 weeks ago , I do find myself eating less ! No snacking . I haven't had the courage to weigh myself yet !

    In the past, less than 1% of the national budget went to foreign assistance. As of fiscal year 2017, foreign aid between the U.S. State Department and USAID totaled $50.1 billion, or just over 1% of the budget. Suspend Foreign Aid for one year ..... let the world pay for the wall !

    Just curious ..... has anyone ever used one of those prepaid Visa/Mastercard for something like this ? With all the " Hacking " going on these days this site would be a prime target and probably not the place for your own Visa/Mastercard info to be !

    Due to work we are doing a Family celebration tomorrow .... the menu is = Lasagna , baked Ziti , Spaghetti with Pepperoni sauce , Anti Pasta and several desserts - cheese cake , apple pie , chocolate layer cake and naturally ice cream and too many cookies to count ! I've been told everything is sugar free but I think that's BS !
