I've used a tarp and on a couple of occasions an old shower curtain ... works fine ! -
Well I noticed that Field & Stream are starting to get in stock the Gamecrusher I have the rain check on so I can go pick it up today or tomorrow ! Wish me luck !

Took my son to get his license last night ... first pick was 4H ... he didn't get it but did get a preference point for next year .... second pick was 4B and he received that one ! -
I have a ladder stand at 15 ft. and wish I had another 5 too add to it !

Fruit Trees with no fruit

Last year my 2 older Apple trees produced more apples than could be eaten this year not one apple ! There was a late frost / cold snap this year in the spring after the trees had already bud'ed (spelling ?) and hence no fruit ! -

I carry a plain ole boring Winchester 30-30 , been carrying it for 40 plus years .... works for me !

For me it all depends on the weather .... when its cold I usually sit for only a couple hours , warmer and I sit longer but enjoy a nice nap now and again ... LOL

Interesting first post ! Anyway my lever holds 7 in the mag and 1 in the chamber ! The rule is (as mentioned above) for semi auto's only !

I agree ... it is difficult to find things compared to before but I believe with time we'll all get used to it .... hopefully ...LOL

I liked it and I told the guy I wanted to get into crossbow and he said the advertised the Gamecrusher but were sold out and gave me a raincheck and they will call when they get more so I'm satisfied to be getting into the crossbow on the cheap !
