Greene County is by far the worst .... there's only one or two deer left in the county and they both have the mange ! I'd stay away if I were you ! ( lol )

I see less hunters than years ago . I used to rely on the Pumpkin Suits to do most of my driving , although most were trespassing and I was a lot further up a tree then ( out of sight and bullet trajectory LOL)! -

On opening day if I have a DMP in hand I shoot the first 50 Pounds or more of Venison that happens to stroll by ! After that I will try and fill my Buck tag , if I am in an AR area so be it ! If not the next 50 pounds or more of Venison with horns that strolls by get shot ! No spots though , gotta hold the line somewhere !

Never too late and always ask the landowner (if you get permission) if they would want some of the venison if you are successful !

I heard - years ago - that an Encon Officer can tell if a Deer was shot at night by the eyes ! Maybe because of the pupils being dialated ??? Never tried to prove it though !
