I don't think it spooks them at all . A few years ago on opening day I shot a Doe just after first light , dressed her out and dragged her out . Brought her to the butcher and went back in the woods after lunch and shot a buck - same place , same tree stand - !

I've been shooting a Winchester model 94 30/30 for over 40 years ........ its always dead on and reaches out there and I've never had a scope on it (top eject) .... Great Brush Gun ! But that's just me .

Date and Times way off ! These Deer are next to a couple old Apple Trees in my Backyard !

Deer hunting in the rain is nice if your still hunting , no walking around on corn flakes ! But the reverse of that is the Deer aren't walking around on corn flakes either !

I've entered the woods with my son (he's early 30's) with him saying "Dad ya hear that" and me wondering what the hell he's talking about . It was usually a deer running away and I would not have known !

Acorns are plentiful this year and so are our fruit trees ! -
I'm still on Windows 7 and hope to stay that way for awhile .... Windows XP suited me just fine but so much for that !
