I have grilled them straight on the grill for 45 min to an hour still good but not fall off the bone. You can also just throw them in a crock pot when you're heading out to work and when you come home you will have fall off the bone ribs.

Can anyone recommend their favorite brands of judo tips for archery small gaming? Thanks in advance. BK

Different locations host the class every year and some you will find host them year after year. I took mine out in LI but lived in the boroughs. As far as buying a rifle, you will need to get approved for a rifle/shotgun permit which is a royal pain. NYC makes the process as painful as possible to discourage people from wanting to own firearms.

I would like to start shooting longer distances when I practice guessing out to 80. Not to hunt at that distance but to get more proficient at closer distances.

Looking to buy a spot hog 7 pin sight for my bow. The local archery shop has the "Real Deal" one in stock. Has anyone used this sight before? Any thoughts or opinions?

Doesn't have to be the AT but looking for a nice hike within 45 min to an hour outside of the city where I can camp out as well. Not looking for commercial camp sites as I wanted to test my back country gear.

Made Venison Osso Buco last night........I will never grind another shank again!! Used this recipe https://www.brokenarrowranch.com/Recipes/VenisonOssoBuco.htm I cooked it in the oven for about a little over two hours. I think it could have used another 20-30 minutes but WOW!!!! served it over cheesy polenta and already looking forward to getting more shanks for the freezer! Highly recommend this.

Buckman, Thanks for the tips. I have been skiing in CO and the elevation didn't seem to bother me to much so I hope to be good. Have you been buying points or are you planning on doing the OTC route? BK
-
Elmo, If you ever decide to go let me know. I am trying to build a network of people from NY that would be interested in out west hunts. I already started buying points in CO and WY for elk and antelope. Trying to make this an annual thing.

bought a point.....Thanks for the advice. If I make it out this year it will be on an OTC tag.
