    Looks like the local guys will be running coyotes next week. Got a call for permission to enter my property if needed. I was fine with it and wished them luck. My neighbor been hearing a lot lately so hopefully they will connect. Being a landowner there is nothing like getting a phone call asking permission to hunt rather then learning hunters were all over your property when you were not there.

    Looking at a place for a friend on Cole Bank rd West saugerties. Small ranch on 2.5 acres. Nice part its at the foot off Indian mountain area. Nice trails in that area. Does anyone know what its like during hunting season? What I mean is it heavily hunted? Looks pretty thick and not many roads to and from the mountain. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks, FL

    Kids get a flu shot every year. Last week the younger one had the flu. Doctor told us the flu shot this year sucked and was a waste of time.

    Is there anyone on the forum that may be in need of an old single wide? It was used as a hunting camp for the last 25 years. Roof leaks in one spot and needs some TLC. It was not hooked up to well but does have a burner but I don't know if it works. Had an old wood stove but I took that out. If there is anyone interested I'll have my neighbor take some pictures. I just want it off the property so if you can move it you can have it for free. It is located in the town of Howard, western N.Y. FL

    Well the problem was the cam shaft. We decided to do lifters on one side but when they took the covers off they noticed the cam problem. My truck is in real good shape. I hate to part with it. My buddy at the dealership said he would give me $1,000 for it. I said "Hell no"….So my mechanic ordered a new motor and will finish it up today. 100,000/3yr warrantee. I hope to get at least 3 more years if not more with the truck. I was worried about the transmission and got a quote of $2,000 if that goes. No looking back now……….

    I too had my camera messed with and pulled from the tree. I found it and the culprit was bear. Broke the strap and plastic housing. That is a bear you're looking at.

    Another reason why I contact all my neighbors about there intentions down the road with their land.

    That was a very fair price, no need fora realtor wham you know the land value.
