Been flipping houses and such in the past. Just by the amount of real estate signs going up and being stagnate I would take best offer and move on. I isn't like May or June when the sign went up and in contract was there a day later.

I was just at a wedding last Sunday. Of course at the end it all the deserts that are out. They came out with boxes for everyone to take home. That was deserts not dinner. I don't even want to get into what was left at the cocktail hour. Good ol' fashion Long Island wedding busting at the seems!

Nice Venison roast on the BBQ. Pretty much nailed it for an old BBQ and thermometer.

Hey Gang, Just got a letter from Teddi she is doing great! She is so thankful for all the cards it meant the world to her!!!!! This is what she wrote, "I've gotten so many letters from your hunting buddies online. They are extremely thoughtful and kind. It's really rewarding to receive praise from a stranger. Please thank them all on my behalf." She really loved shooting the M240 Bravo, M249 Saw and M320 grenade launcher! She says there are going to be a lot of deer to eat this season! lol August 13th is Acceptance day when she finally becomes a Plebe! Thank you all again for all the letters and cards. Glad you are ok. I'm 59 and only use ladder stands. I have probably 4-5 in the shed I don't use. I would give them away but no liability on my end..
