  1. Yeah it is. If it keeps 1 kid safe knowing you ordered that many rounds so be it. If it all checks out you will be shooting and enjoying your sport!
  2. In my life I probably have bought at 1 time shells for skeet shooting maybe 10 boxes and 5 boxes of slugs for deer season. When you bought your ammo was there any back ground checks because you bought so much? Just asking and if not maybe we need a trip wire there in the system to flag this.
  3. When was the last time you bought a 1k rounds for your assault weapon. What a freaken red flag. So many mistakes you can see right now let this unfold. The parents there who wanted to go in should have.
  4. Saw my first ever Lon-Star Tick today. My pup had it on her at the Vet. The assistant found it between her toes. Did not bite her, was nasty looking long legs and the white spot on its back.
  5. Shot his Grandma on his way to school. Another kid that has a gun available to express his emotions. I don't think this ever ends. I'm not against guns it's just way to far gone.
  6. 18 year old. Killed 14 kids and a Teacher. Soon there is going to be a betting outfit to see when the next one happens and what gun. Enough is enough. I know it's not the gun but the individual that does the killing. Why not just have a 21 year old age to buy guns. Have some type of Department to oversee individuals who have instability in their lives. I know the second one is hard where do you draw the line. I don't know....I would rather have one of those kids life back.
  7. Home ice down 2-0. We need a win. You aint coming back on Carolina 3-0.
  8. Been there a few times. Brother inlaw lives in Burdett so we would go on special occasions. Nice place.
  9. I don't have any pictures but when I was 16 my sister bought me a Bear recurve for Christmas. It's 43 years old. I have it at the cabin. I shot it a bit but never hunted with it. Do you think it is safe to restring and shoot? Love to take a deer with it.
  10. Well the asshat was 18. So I guess as far as you go string him up. Parents and teachers have no liability. He was just a kid let's just give up on him or her and move on.....
  11. don't agree so where do you blame it? You contradict yourself. Bringing up a child starts the day you hold it. I really would like yo know what went on in that household. We will find out.
  12. Back when I was a youngster my buddy and I went to an old farm house in the Catskills his friend bought. Hunter mountain 200 acres. He had a 30 yard dumpster to fill. If I told you what we threw out it would make your stomach turn. The bright side of it was that when he returned the following weekend most of the stuff was gone from the dumpster!
  13. I just watched my Nephew last night he is 12. We watched some hockey but most of the time he was watching, Ticktok, Stitch and playing Mortal combat. Games and social media are destroying the younger generation.
  14. How does a guy like this slip through the cracks and destroys so many lives. He is 18. This would be a time to look back at everything in his life to see what got him there and who missed the signs. Pray for those people.
  15. Sickening. Heard (not confirmed) he was from outside the area. Pray for those people just doing their Saturday routine.
  16. Went to school there many moons ago! Sounds like he had a good game!!!
  17. I hear ya. Taken me 59 years to finally get to that cabin full time! lol Hope I get to enjoy a good 20 years there. I was just saying to my buddy. Seems when you get to 60 so many around you are getting sick or dying.
