So I just got off the phone with the dealer. My buddy got me the extended warranty at no cost. They also threw in a drop in bedliner, hard cover tri-fold bed cover and side steps. I will write a check for 50K and change this week. That is including tax and tags. I think it was a good deal.

Yes and they are great hunters. (oakley is great on a blood trail also I'm sure she will be)

The breeder I got Oakley from had another litter. Both dogs have the same Sire different Bitch. Her name is Bailey. Black Mouth Cur. She is sassy and is keeping Oakley on his toes!

Not sure they only thing that may have made a difference is I got the crew cab not the quad cab. All parts available were going to the most in demand trucks which were the quad cab.

My buddy gave me "Friend and Family" discount 1250 there was also a 1000 accessory discount. No trade. That will be interesting about the full tank!

With the prices going up I'm sure we will pay at the processor. I would be more inclined to cut myself.

Guys it finally here! 10 months and the dealership will take delivery tomorrow! So my buddy who owns the dealership called me today. He sat down with the chevy rep and gave me the extended warranty plus cover the cost of side steps and hard 3 fold bed cover. All for my patience! So this is a 2021 Chevy 1500 LT. Crew cab regular bed 8 cylinder. I will write a check for just about 50 K. I think me just got a good deal even with the wait. My daughter just passed her road test and will get my Tahoe. I'm ready!!!!!

I had been an avid runner 4 miles a day. After getting vaccinated I had some nerve problems in my groin. Multiple doctors and such. After 7 months I'm seeing a specialist. I had covid in January but very mild. I can jog 2 miles but feel winded. Don't know if it's just me or the covid. Ill report back Thursday after I see the specialist.

Timing is everything in the stock market and real estate. I flipped a number of houses never lost a dime. Now I'm 58 and headed to retire to the cabin in August. I have two multi family homes for passive income. The timing on this last house could't be better. I sell at a high price and move into something I own. You can't control it, it just happens.

I have sold 3 houses in NY without a Realtor. Yes my Lawyer gave me forms for potential buys to fill out and sign with offer. Buyer schedules inspection and gets survey done. Lawyers do all the rest. I advertised online and some local papers. This last one was the easiest because my friend bought the house.
