    First attempt at corned venison. two top sirloin roasts will sit in the brine for a week in fridge.

    Hes on sumner rd but still considered alden I believe- at least the schools are. Threw a shoulder from one of his high end pigs in with sausage. I'll drop off a sample when its ready.

    Made 25# of venison polish sausage. curing for a day then smoker... pics to come

    I take my chances with my elite warranty! They used to send you a bow if yours was down when they first started I believe. Not sure if they still do.

    Barnes did some work today. 114# dressed. 30 yd shot. Came in with a group of 3. Sat on the ground in memory of biz to conclude my 2018 season. It is fun from the ground, but still love my stand.

    I just asked her. Liverwurst... then enough sour cream to make a creamy texture(mixed with hand mixer). horseradish to taste- she makes it spicy. she said even I can figure it out.

    That's just about it and sure looks like it, but I feel like she put horseradish in it also. Tastes so much better then it looks

    My mom makes this dip called "braunswagger"(idk spelling). She uses liverwurst and I think horseradish and some other spices. That dip is amazing.

    100 gr of triple seven powder. 290 grain barnes. seems heavy in comparison with everyone else's weight. Haven't taken a deer with the barnes style yet.

    In all honesty I think I hunted one day where you could hear them coming. lots of rain or the ground just stayed moist and quiet.
