If you're excited enough to upload a picture, make a post and say "on my hit list" you should be excited enough to know he's running around in the woods where you are hunting. A 10 point deer by any standard is something to be proud of. Who is to say that you will ever get the chance to have a shot or the opportunity to let him walk. I hunted a 10 2 years ago that was always just out of range or at a different trail than I expected. Opening day of gun my friend shot him with his muzzle loader in a field. I shook his hand and said congrats with a bitter taste in my mouth but I was happy for his experience. The concept that he's your deer and you'd be mad if your neighbor shot him for not letting him grow is blasphemous. If your that concerned about letting deer grow sit down with your neighbors and make a plan, then make a hit list.

Same as putting cotton in your nose, glob of Vaseline in each nostril and no more breathing through your nose. I've done the Vicks treatment too. Damn tenant houses and old sewer systems.

20-40 bucks or a $125 service call..... Tell the tenant to eat it or pay the service call. Like I said there is a 3 therm minimum charge so short of them using a ton of natural gas there is no savings. Plus 40 bucks on 6 months is 6.67 a month. If things are that tight there is something wrong.

BTW the natural gas meter bill usually covers 3 therms, there will not be a difference in the bill on or off for a pilot.

With that kind of purchasing requirements I would contact the manufacturer directly to see if they will work with you on the price at all. I've been extremely curious about them as well. I'd be nervous about breathing in the ozone. I wonder if ozonics could send you a trial unit and you could help the rest of us answer all of the unknowns as well.

Just for s&g I put a wgi next to my Moultrie. 30 pics on the moultrie, 6 on wgi..... While the wgi was great entry level they have some catch up to do.

Why don't they do a spinal tap on the infected white tail to obtain prions? Obviously it doesn't work taking brain matter from live animals. How often is cwd present in the farm? Are the deer injected with tons of hormones like cattle or given antibiotics? Not trying to stir the pot here but there are too many unanswered questions.

I completely agree!! If you could please walk in about 15-20 minutes after first light and about an hour before sunset the rest of us will like you more.

+100. This is a yearly argument I have with some so called friends that can't believe I kill an animal. If so called cute and cuddly deer is so friendly why don't they just go and try to give it a hug. The problem is the disconnect where people can't wrap their head around field to platter, with out going to the grocery store "where it's made." Too many people expect instant reward/ results with today's fast paced world, that they can't go spend 6 hours in the woods continually looking at the same landscape being able to take it all in with enjoyment.

I didn't know there was so much available for live streaming. I'll have to find a way to attach my laptop to my tv now.

Good read and article. Whether he stole food or not I still think it's impressive to live in the wild for 30 years in Maine. I honestly don't think any of us here who are dependent on the internet and softness of the technical world could hack it at -20 in the winter day in and out.
