If you have doubts then don't hunt it. Back out a little and hunt the trails leading to it or around it.

I had to laugh!!! A couple days ago I saw a guy, in GM, with a shopping cart overflowing with bags of deer corn, acorn rage, deer blocks and a few gallons of some liquid stuff. He even had the bottom rack of the cart full. It had to cost him a fortune. Teetering on top of the pile was a new tree stand. All I could picture was the guy sitting in the stand with piles of that stuff poured out in a big circle, all the way around his tree…LOL!! It was a sight….

Mine is an old polaroid of me and my late hunting buddy posing with the opening day deer we got. Circa 1987. I actually have it in a small frame..LOL!!

Same here. It would be tough to watch the thing suffer until DEC could get there. I think I would call the local or State PD before I would call DEC. There are just too few of them.

My current bow is a 2008 Diamond. It replaced a Hoyte Rapture that was at least 13 years old.

Two yellow one white. I like the brighter colors. I had some that were a crazy bright purple, that I rally liked, but I can't find them anymore.

Stack ons are good. They're defiantly more than strong enough to keep kids out. A thief could get into one but he would have to have tools and a little time. Stack on also makes cabinets that can mount to walls. Its good for ammo and accessories.

Funny!!! I use to hunt early goose In a local pasture where the farmer had cows. The cows weren't bad, but a donkey/ ass ?? named "Pedro" was a pain in my a$$. LOL!! He wouldn't leave us alone….LOL!!

Posted but in an area where the posted signs are thin but still visible. Again ..this is pertaining to trespassers who were warned in the past, and knowingly returned to the same area.

No way that would fly, in my area. If the DEC won't do anything call the State Police..If they do nothing then call the County Sheriff, still nothing? call the local P.D. Be a pain in the ass. Let them know that you are keeping tract of every time you report trespassers and if the S..hits the fan, it will be on them. They will eventually have to act.

Being charged and having the charge hold up in court are two different things. It all depends on the judge and ADA. I have been throughout the same thing as you, more than once, and the little puke, arrogant trespassers have all plead. Maybe its a regional thing. Don't know.

I have the same pair in size 13. I paid waaaay more than 100 bucks. Awesome boots. Im a huge Danner fan. I have 5 or 6 pair. Who ever buys them will not be disappointed.

Probably not on the first offense. But if a land owner finds some one on his un posted property, calls the police and the police warn the person that they are on private property, and the trespasser knowingly returns to the property at a later time, they will be charged.

I would guess wood pecker & the black stuff is actually sap ran down the tree and discolored the bark
