    We won't tell….I haven't had one since June. I enjoy one, now and then, on the front porch or out on the back patio but my youngest girl actually put together and made me look at a power point presentation on why cigars are bad???????? Damn hippie teachers……..I have been meaning to sneak off to the cigar shop to have one but I never have the time.

    I think they have been protected for quite a while. Why, I have no idea. I remember, years ago, Dave Winfield caught all kinds of hell for killing one with a baseball during a Yankee's game. During warm ups, Winfield chucked a ball at one that was on the field, and killed it deader than hell right in front of everyone..…LOL!!

    My old Italian grandfather use yo bring it home fresh ground from the butcher. My brother and I would pick at it with gramps. My grandmother would scream at him that we would all get worms. We never did. I haven't had it since around 1980 but I remember it being pretty good.

    Crime, out of wedlock births, unemployment lack of parenting & total disrespect for others are all through the roof in these communities. Blaming racism is just a cowardly way of rationalizing despicable behavior and gives people a reason not to have to acknowledge embarrassing facts. How many young African Americans will be shot, by other African Americans, this weekend in Chicago..Detroit…Baltimore…etc….because of racism ???? Sad.

    To each his own…Im a Bud light guy, but for one week out of the year, while we're down at hunting camp, it all Papst Blue Ribbon. I think its the only time of the year that the little grocery store in town sells the stuff…..LOL!

    I have used Koplin in the past and they seem to work well and are well made. On my Polaris, I had to make my own because the front doesn't have racks. Its flat, and lifts for storage.

    I think the whole point in this sad case is that the guy, and apparently the girls parents made the poor decision to let her handle too much gun. Its like the youtube videos you see of morons handing their 90 pound girlfriend a 500 S&W or a 12 gauge and watching them whack themselves in the face or have the gun fly out of their hands because of the recoil. In this case the outcome was far worse.

    Do you NEED a high powered, scoped sniper/military style bolt action rifle, that is capable of killing out to 500+ yards, to kill a deer? Cant you just use a side lock muzzle loader or long bow??

No one needs to have a rifle that can shoot hundreds of yards, to kill a deer!!! Bows and side lock muzzle loaders are more than capable of killing deer at "reasonable" ranges. Servers no purpose , according to who.

    Like I said ,,its a sad tragedy caused by a totally irresponsible adult. I don't mean to bash the guy who died, but thats all this is. I feel so bad for that little girl.

    An irresponsible adult hands a little girl a loaded 12 gauge double barrel. She fires. She naturally can't handle the recoil from the first barrel which causes the gun to jerk to the side, which places the muzzle in front of the adult. Then she accidentally fires the second barrel . Would we be talking about the type of gun or irresponsible adults?
