I think that at that range I would prefer a 12ga slug gun to his face. Its much easier to use, and a hell of a lot handier than a camera, when the "full pucker" is in effect.. LOL

Sounds like you got a first class A-hole for a neighbor. If that portion of your property butts up to his, I wouldn't mow it for the rest of the summer. Let him live with it. A few years back I had a falling out with one of my neighbors. Before the falling out he use to mow a 3 ft. strip of my lawn that was on the outside of my fence and meets his property. It took him one pass with his zero turn mower. After we had our little dust up, he stopped mowing the strip. So did I and it drives him nuts!!! He is totally O.C.D. and I see him, on occasion just starring at that long patch of grass that butts up to his perfect lawn. Its great. Matter of fact just the other day, I saw him standing in his yard talking with another neighbor and pointing to the patch of grass, which is about 10" long right now LOL!! Did I mention its great !!!

I shot Hoyt for years and loved them. A few years ago I switched to Diamond but thats only because there were no Hoyt dealers near me and i didn't want to wait to have one shipped. Damn good bows.

I have a pair of Lacrosse boots that must be closing in on 15 years old now. They're not really cold weather boots but they are good for early to mid archery season. They are still water proof, with zero tares but they are starting to get small cracks on the top of the ankle. I should be able to get a few more seasons out of them.

I have 2 Summit's.( Vipers) I think they're great stands. I have been using the first one I bought, for about 15 years now. The second one I bought off of a friend around 5 years ago. He bought it, didn't like "the feeling" of climbing with one (after only one try in his yard) and sold it to me, new in the box for 100 bucks.

I do crap like that all the time. On time I was sure that someone stole my bow out of the truck when I was getting ready to meet my buddy to hunt his property. I call him , at zero dark hundred , all pissed off and telling him I couldn't make it because my bow was stolen. Then he tells me " you left it here last night so you wouldn't forget it in the morning......MORON!!.....(OH YEAH)

Never said the two were the same....but if you want to get a real good wrench set and save a few bucks buy a set of Craftsman's instead of Snap on. They will work every time. Maybe they won't look as purdy but they will be solid performers and maybe even have as good or a better warranty.. What ever..I own both 870's and 500's and no one will ever convince me that Remington is a better performer than the Mossberg. I admit that the 870's are a little more refined and look a little better.

Oh yeah they are....my dog will be sleeping like a log. All the sudden he will wake up, run to the front window of our house and just stare out it. A good, solid minute or more will go by and my wife will come driving down the road. I don't know if he senses that I'm expecting her or if he can distinguish the sound of her van from way off and know she's on her way. And it doesn't matter what time she gets home. My old lab would do the same thing...Weird.

I would also look at the Mossberg 500 or the Remington 870, youth models in 20 gauge. A lot of people like to hate on the Mossberg, but as far as function and reliability goes, I think they are every bit as good as the Remington, and they are usually a few bucks less.

I also heard stories about G.I.'s purposely throwing empty clips to the ground. The enemy would hear that PING! and think the soldier had fired to empty. The bad guy would pop out to advance on the soldier only to find that the G.I. had plenty of rounds left to ruin his day.

Why do you think baiting is illegal? ......What is your understanding of it?

So if your neighbor was shooting deer two weeks before the season opened you would "mind your own business", or would you only" mind your own business" when it comes to laws you disagree with ?? . I don't necessarily agree with all of the hunting rules, but they are the rules. If we all just "mind our own business" I think we would see a noticeable decline in the deer herd, in a pretty short time.

You can bet that id little King Andy could find a way to score money or political points off of it he would be all over it.

It is amazing how much, of the stuff is out there. The store that I usually shop at has piles of it. Mineral blocks, powdered stuff that you just dump on the ground, corn laced with minerals, other dried feeds, deer cocaine, molasses mixtures all kinds of thick liquids that you pour on stumps, dried apples.....the list goes on. Matter of fact you can smell a sweet, molasses/corn oder from 5 or 6 aisles away and every time I go in there, some guy is carting some of it off. Even this time of year.

I've seen them, from my stand, on the farm I hunt here by my house. I have been seeing less turkeys but assumed it was because of coyotes.....now I wonder.

My vacation starts on the 5th!!!!!!!! Thats when the wife goes to visit her sister in Texas for a week !!!!!! WOOOOO-HOOOOO!!
