I use to bird hunt three rivers and have seen big bucks in there. A friend started bow hunting it a few years back and has seen good bucks as well. P.S. WMU 7F has been pretty good to me the last few years lol

Sorry. It is amazing though, how some dirt bags think. "it's not mine, but it's there so take it??" Over the years I have come across all kinds of stuff. Stands, blinds, decoys.... Never considered stealing them. The closest I came was when I found a guys lock on stand on our property, after he had been told time after time to stay out. Each time, he gave me attitude. I left his stand and steps at the bottom of the tree, after I used bolt cutters to snap off the whole chain. Sorry again. People will be low life's. I like dave6x6's thought. lol

A while back my brother splattered ( I mean splattered) a doe. The trooper showed up to take the report and must of had a list of people to call to take road kill, because an old woodchuck showed up. He talked to the trooper for a while and then started to drag the deer toward the back of his truck. I got out and helped him load it up. I asked the guy if he thought it was even worth taking and he said " theres still some eat'n there" So I guess you never know, depends on the person.

I use both, during gun season, but for bow I like tree stands. I like getting my smell up and away. Thats not as critical during gun. Just me.

Been there a bunch of times and it is a great place. Last time we went was about 5 years ago. I never had a problem but that time, going in, the boarder officer was such a little prick (sorry) that I almost caused an international incident. He was about 25 years old, 5 foot nothing with a huge chip on his shoulder. But getting back to the falls. Awesome!!! If anyone is thinking about going ....GO!

I hunt a farm that has heifers. Their meadows boarder most of the woods I hunt. I walk right through their mess on the way into my stands. But I think it is important to keep your self and your clothes as clean as possible. Wash your clothes often. I shower before I go out, almost every time. Some times you can't. Wash your boots,in scent free soap especially the soles, the night before you go out. In the A.M. spray down everything before heading out. Bottom of boots too. for clothes and boots I use "free and clear" laundry detergent. Almost all brands make a free and clear . It's laundry detergent with no dyes and no perfumes. It's made for people with skin allergies. Right now I'm using "all" free and clear but they all make it. You can get a half gallon for about 6 bucks

It came out yesterday that the "tax break" Obama referred to is a tax break on moving expenses ( shipping equipment and machinery , paying for employee's to move etc..) It's not a break on doing business over seas, but of course the way it was phrased...........lol

A lot of older guys just are not in that kind of shape. I use to live in the gym. now Im lucky if I work out twice a week. And because of an injury back in May work outs are even harder..Just the way it is. You younger guys will see.

Did one on my Saiga 223. I just picked up a replacement pistol grip stock at the gun shop and swapped it out. I think it was like 3 screws. Easy to do.

Yup. Try a different brand and bullet weight. I shoot 150grs. out of my 06 it's plenty for deer. How bad are your groups now and at what range?.....Good luck

I just have a problem with not having the right to bear (Carry) arms just because it's bow season. That law automatically assumes that you are carrying with the intent of using the arm illegally. If that is the case then why issue carry permits at all? Just me.
