I'm holding off till this warm up and a few good rains to melt some a this off , seen a good mix of bucks holding and bucks with fresh pedicles ... Came across one dead doe fawn so far ... Another week maybe two n it's game on granted we don't get blasted with another fresh coat a snow...

Just saw about 15 or so doe's Hurded up all on their feet tight together in the thicket feeding on twigs , gotta do what ya gotta do , came across one fresh dead doe lookin for the sheds off a buck that I saw with his basis still fresh yesterday... No luck ..

I've shot hogs in the head frankly cause that the best way to drop em n the targets much bigger but nothing else deserves that chance of being mamed especially a deer...

wish i had a basement ... but I make do n stand at the front door of the apartment n shoot into the back bedroom, bout 15yds. like you said the bullzeye's get really small....

Nope, killed a mature 8 point that happened to walk by before he did on oct 11th , couldn't pass em up... But he was nocturnal all year, but he made it n with all do respect I wouldn't know that without the cam ... Plenty of good sign in the area, n would have hunted it regardless... Sometimes it's more exciting that way not knowing what your gettin into n then THERE HE IS ????. Did it that way for years , but the pics sure make slow days easier to stay on stand knowin he's out there .. Gonna be a Goodin next year if he shows hisself in daylight ...
