  1. Thanks for that tip, works out really good for me since I live near tractor supply. I will be trying that. Thanks again, Bill.
  2. Thats very cool, I never knew you could get a license at that age.
  3. Very durable in my opinion, a freind of mine uses a GoPro when we take trips on motorcycle. We have seen moose and bear and he has it all on tape it's really cool and I now want one.
  4. I've been there a few times and they do produce tons of nice little trout. I have also fished near by with some pretty good luck. Nice article.
  5. Goodluck I was in Steuben county on a motorcycle ride and seen a monster 8pt in a feild just grazing as i was resting in a parking place. Good luck Steuben seems to have some nice deer.
  6. Phade chances are I will be getting a sight with multiple pins, i'm thinking about getting a good sight with 4 pins and hopefully i'll only have to get the one. And as far as the quiver i'll be looking into a nice detachable one. Hope to make a really nice combo that I can use for years and maybe pass down to a family member so it can be there first bow also. Thanks for the tips guys i'll post a pic when its done and see what you all think! Bill.
  7. Nice quality pics, looks like a slug hit the ear and just periced it. But I would also put a arrow threw her if given the chance. Goodluck.
  8. NIce the hole family is getting in on the fun. I hear lake Ontario is offering some god fishing this year.
  9. Nice fish, it's weird they make a noise while out of the water sort of like a burp I guess.
  10. Nice I've shot a few deer out of a ground blind, let's hope I can get my first bow harvest out of my ground blind. Goodluck this season. Bill.
  11. Nice looking deer I have seen a lot more deer movement since the nights have been getting cooler. Goodluck with him.
  12. I would take him out. Not for management reasons but more for the fact that he's a big boy and a really good sized 6. Plus u can't eat his antlers anyway. Goodluck. Bill.
  13. Nice pics, the first one looks cool with the sky in the backround. Good luck.
  14. Yes sir, I was surprised to see it myself. But since I have a preference point i'm excited to get my tags. I'm going to buy mine in the next few days.
  15. All I can say is goodluck! Bill.
  16. I wached it and boy it was intense, Usa was in the lead by 9, Italy had one last shot and had to hit the small circle for 10 points, and he nailed it right on the line. So Italy won by a point. Congrats to Usa on a hard fought 2nd place metal. Bill.
  17. They are selling them at wal-mart allready, not sure if your near a wal-mart but they have a sign in sporting goods that says from 10am to noon they can be purchased. Bill.
  18. Sounds like a horror story lol, goodluck with him I would love to see a pic of a monster like that. Bill.
  19. Welcome to the site Ted, I to am new to this site but allready have learned a few things. It's allways good to have other peoples opinions, thoughts and experience to learn from. Goodluck this upcoming hunting season. Bill.
  20. Good thinking. I was wondering why the deer would jump threw that small of a space. Although I have heard of the bobcats coming closer to society.
  21. I went and looked at a few quivers they seemed to be out of stock on any of the nicer ones. I was looking at the HHA sites that you recommended me and seen a bunch of good reveiws. And don't worry Rev Ev i'm not going to buy a bunch of fancy things and just leave the bow on the self looking pretty,i'll be in the feild with it daily untill oct 1st. Thanks Bill.
  22. Not right in region 4 but darn close.Lots of deer movment after the few cool nights we have had it really stirred the deer up in my area.Still waiting to see a nice buck pop out of the wood work.
  23. Thanks for your fellas suggestions the detachable quiver sounds like a great idea. And the sight is what i'm more worried about so i'm trying to get the right one the first time. When i'm done putting it all together i'm going to try and upload a pic of it and see what kind of input/reviws I get on it.Untill then it's tons of practice and trying to master my form. Thanks Bill.
