Started in ‘88 . Two bows. Golden Eagle Turbo Hawk , shot it fingers, with a flipper rest ,feathers as well . Reflex, something . The last thing I want is to tinker with a bow ,never change a thing . Only used four broad heads , and the Rage I killed one buck and tossed the rest in the trash .

I have tons of them in my yard, they climb the tree next to this rock and drop their “ nuts “ onto the rock to open them . Im thinking of putting foam on top of the rock to mess with them .....

Ya 140 through May 15 ! I sat third row behind their dugout , at PNC park, like I always do , he was the only player to look at the fans as he was coming off the field and always tossed a ball to a kid as well .

Cards have won 9 series in a row , Carpenter had 4 doubles in the last game , two in the first inning . Bader kid is making outstanding catches , and scored from second on an infield hit. That boy can run . its getting fun .

I’m sorry if I missed a joke . The thing is I have a very good friend who has his Capts. License,with Masters upgrade , he has to follow 100s of regulations, be drug tested , have cpr training , carry insurance ,pay taxes and on and on . He hates the scabs and has turned some in to,the Coast Guard , so,when I read this , I started to get pissed. I wasn’t going to reply and waited but it just kept bothering me . Biz ,sure chip you can in for gas , but $650 you better have a100 foot boat , and not , “it’s for gas,” because I don’t have my Lic. Wink wink ...... The way it was presented was , he’s running a charter ,$650 who’s in ? So,again if it sailed over my head I apologize

Two bows, 30 years of killing deer with them , a Golden Eagle, and my “new bow “I got 12 years ago a Reflex . Not sure if I ever had that one “tuned “ , I assume when they put new strings on a few years ago they did something . I read this whole thread and it’s clear, I don’t know very much about bows, and I’m fine with that , I’d drive myself nuts with all the testing and tuning some guys do .

That’s a good move, you made your door many times harder to force, good on the hinge screws too . A common technique we use, if there a lot of locks and or a strong jamb is to attack the hinges WNY Buckhunter , my Benelli has 4 ,OO buck in the tube, 3 more plus 2 slugs on the stock .

As someone who,has forced entry 100s of times ,I can say it’s not the lock but the jam that fails . Reinforce the jam, replace the strike plate with a 6 inch one mortised into the wood and use four inch screws that will reach the stud, not just the half inch of pine . That’s just for starters .

Like that gun too, just can’t find any to buy ! Really I agree for all the reasons you stated . A freind lives in a very nice waterfront home, after his alarm went off one night and his hunting guns were not close by, he since moved his pump 12 ga to his bedroom. That gun is a nice compromise between handgun and 12 ga imho .

There’s a lot of truth there. I went in a mall jewelry store in worn Carhartt coat, jeans and camo hat, to look at their watches , nobody would even acknowledge me , which was funny as the watch I was wearing was 3xs any they sold . Not long ago I stopped by Kay jewelers , to see if they had anything in my wife’s birthstone, the guy saw my watch and moved me over to some double diamond rings......

I know a guy who way before those movies, said there should be a”get even day”. One day a year you can do anything to,one person of your choosing . To keep folks from just hiding that day, everyone gets a different day and nobody else knows who,has what date and speaking of Purge, I just started taking the meds and getting the drink, ready for my colonoscopy, in the morning.....

Sure stay inside , but for how long and how far away ? Manhunts can last days, and span miles if not towns and county’s . Ive been through one real and one imagined. Came home from work one Sunday morning, as I drove by the middle school 1/4 from my house the cops had a perimeter set up , ARs in hand, command vehicle ,cops everywhere . Got home said somethings going on stay inside, tooled up .. Turns out it was a drill , would have been nice to notify us neighbors ahead of time, and put up a sign too ! The real one was when Xerox credit union was robbed one killed one wounded I believe , they never saw which way or where suspect went. Although I’m a few miles away , I had police helicopters overhead , cars driving the area, and listening to police radio, all kinds of “ suspicious man “ calls in area . I strapped on Glock ,brought the kids home locked up and sat it out . He wasn’t caught , and the next day everyone returned to their normal routines .

Me neither , but I travel out of state...... we can sort out the details after .
